Why do I love travelling?

I am not a professional traveler or not someone who keeps on travelling every now and then. I’ve got tons of work on the desk and often remain pretty engaged around there only. But yes, I love travelling. That’s the thing which keeps my heart beating and blood floating through my veins. I haven’t travelled abroad yet, it was just Nepal which I travelled back in December 2013. My love for travel started since childhood. I am in love with nature since an early age. The nature around us inspires me and mesmerizes me. Be it anything, from trees to mountains, rivers to sand dunes, flora to fauna, everything that nature has shaped and crafted in the most beautiful way, I am in love with all the creations. And this makes me fall in love with travelling as well.

Why do I love travelling?

I have so many reasons to explain why I love travelling…

For me travelling isn’t just visiting a place for recreation or taking a flight to some distant place. I do travel every day. I spend almost three to four hours almost every day in travelling. From my place to office or for some other purpose, travelling is always there. Hence, I love travelling. It doesn’t create any trouble for me. However, this is actually tiring. Specially when you get to travel standing for almost hundred kilometers, that can be little challenging. But regardless of all these troubles, I love travelling. It gives me several things to think about. Most of the time the trains, metro or buses remain crowded and the journey can become little tiring. But still I love travelling. I started traveling alone since childhood. As far as my memory can track, it was in 7th grade when I first travelled to my home from my maternal uncle’s where I used to live. It was little uncomfortable, but it was an easy trip for few hours and I reached my home safely.

I Love Travelling Because…

I can quote several reasons why I love travelling because I have got enough reasons to justify that truly I love travelling. Not everyone is comfortable in leaving their homes and start travelling. I am not saying of becoming a globetrotter but yes, whenever it comes to travelling, I feel like receiving the best of my moments.I love travelling

I love travelling because it’s challenging…

Travelling is not always a leisure activity full of comforts. There are always challenges. Travelling to a long distance and then the place, the food etc. there are several things which you can only do when you can come out of your comfort zone. And I love to have this challenge. I love travelling and that too when I have travelling sickness specially on raodtrips. I end up vomiting if I don’t get proper air. I find it hard to travel in a packed vehicle. I am a vegan and don’t eat non veg. These are some of the challenges which I have to face but still I love to travel.I love travelling

I love travelling it teaches me a lot…

Travelling is a wonderful learning experience. It teaches us a lot. Why I love travelling is because it teaches so many things. When I visited Rishikesh, I learnt river rafting. Because of travelling, I have been able to write this blog for you people. Travelling teaches you a lot of things. If it is looked as educational perspective, then travelling teaches us geography, sociology, anthropology, archeology, history, culture etc. There is always a lot to explore and a lot to learn. And these reasons are enough to make me fall in love with travelling. Every place you travel to explore, you get exposed with a new culture. And these teachings will always be connected with your memories forever.  Learning a new language, cuisine, culture etc. are just the basics.I love travelling

I love to travel because I get to meet myself…

Travelling to some place alone gives enough time to relax and talk to yourself. I get time and situation where I can just sit relax and talk to myself. I come closer to my own and I talk. When you are out of home miles away, then you will surely have situation where you will get reflection of your own. And travelling is among the most beautiful ways to learn about your own.

I love travelling because it’s adventurous…

Who doesn’t love adventure? I’m sure everyone does. Everyone loves to do some adventure in life. And when travelling itself is an adventure, what more is needed then. It opens gates to activities which are new to me which I have only dreamt to doing. As I said earlier about my Rishikesh trip, rafting was just a water sport activity which I only had seen in TV. But there, I did it in real and it was thrilling, it was awesome. The thrill of adventure begins the moment you put your step on a new land. Trying new food cuisine to walking for hours, miles is all adventurous. And I am in love with travelling.
