Born and raised in the Netherlands, Lotte’s love for baking began early and flourished in London, where she honed her skills working with executive chefs and managing events. Alongside her husband Vidur, whom she met in London, Lotte immersed herself in the hospitality industry for over 13 years. After relocating to Mussoorie, Lotte started baking for family and friends before opening Lotte’s Homebaked Goods in Mullingar, Landour in October 2019. With Vidur handling administrative tasks and contributing to the café’s coffee offerings, they’ve created a haven for fresh, artisanal treats.
In May 2020, Lotte’s joined forces with ‘Landour Coffee,’ an artisanal coffee roaster, bringing the community exceptional coffee alongside their scrumptious baked goods. Committed to quality, everything at Lotte’s is baked from scratch using premium ingredients, free from preservatives or artificial additives. Lotte’s Homebaked Goods promises not only delicious coffee and pastries but also a warm, welcoming atmosphere where visitors can enjoy a chat and a great cup of coffee. For those who prefer a cozy treat at home, delivery options are available across Mussoorie and Landour.
